"J'ai passé une très mauvaise nuit car je pensais trouver du personnel sur place mais j'ai reçu un SMS m'indiquant comment récupérer la clé de ma chambre (et l'entrée de la demeure) et je me suis retrouvée SEULE dans un bâtiment glacial, éloigné de tout. L'ensemble du bâtiment est très mal isolé, le chauffage n'est pas suffisant notamment dans la salle d'eau. Il faisait moins de 10 ° dans les toilettes. Bref, c'est certainement un endroit charmant durant l'été, mais pas en hiver ! Petit déjeuner...

"Selon l'heure d'arrivée, il n'est pas possible d'ouvrir la porte principale. Je suis arrivée a 16 h et je n'avais pas le code a 6 chiffres réclamé, malgré le paiement de la facture de l'hôtel validée plusieurs jours auparavant. J'ai sonné a l'interphone, et heureusement un monsieur était présent, qui a ouvert puis a finalisé le dossier après paiement de la taxe de séjour, puis m'a remis un document final avec le code a 6 chiffres. "The Manoir is a charming, rustic property. A warm and friendly welcome from Marie. Te property is a couple of kilometres from the nearest village so peace & isolation is guaranteed. A refreshing dip in the pool on arrival was very welcome. Marie’s home cooking for the evening meal was lovely with a great selection of wines. The room was on the top floor. Good, comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a great walk in shower."

"We were the only people in this chateau which was nice but kind of weird. They just reopened we were told. I liked my room; the mattress was very comfortable and the fabric on the walls was very elegant. It was a little tight with the queen bed but it was fine. The bathroom was fine apart from the 1/2 circle shower which I continuously banged into while showering. Other than that it was fine. The staff was very nice and helpful. Nothing around this place; in the middle of nowhere. "
