The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is quite dated and the rooms could do with a deeper clean. We weren’t sure how secure the building was as the front entrance and car park entrance doors were open late at night and so anyone could wonder in off the street.

Algum mofo no banheiro, pelo menos uma das toalhas de banho veio com cheiro de "guardado", o estacionamento estava cheio, tivemos que pagar outro estacionamento conveniado. A TV não funcionou. Uma funcionária veio ver e não adiantou. As camas de solteiro excelentes, mas a de casal, com um desnível no meio não ficou legal.

o Check in estava marcado para inicio as 14 hs, só tinha uma pessoa na recepção, com mais ou menos uns 10 ou mais hóspedes para dar entrada, alguns quartos não estavam disponíveis nesse horário. Acho que pecaram por esse motivo. O café da manhã é apenas razoável e não tinha mais vagas no estacionamento do hotel, tive que procurar um conveniado.
