"I want to start by mentioning the service-my favorite thing about Hotel Novotel. The staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to help. And they do it very quickly and with a smile. We had checked out two days previously, been the the sacred valley and Machu Picchu and returned to Casa Andina Premium for one night, we were in the same category room as we had left two days previously, but this time the room was very inferior! The room was a much smaller space, so much so we had to put our suitcase in the bathroom, there was no ceiling fan (which was needed that night) and there was a giant window in the bathroom...
