"Overall, I’d recommend this hotel. It was very clean and generally well equipped. The bed was particularly comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern. However, there was an issue with the water pressure and temperature around 8am one morning. I don’t know whether the system was overwhelmed by everyone showering at a similar time of the morning or if it was an isolated issue with the room. Other than that, an enjoyable stay and great value for money as most things in Ukraine seem to be!"

"The staff there are amazing. Made our stay extremely comfortable and welcoming. There is a Nova supermarket right next door, which was extremely convenient and also walking distance to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are very cozy and quiet. If I have to nick pick it would be their Internet. Good enough for browsing and videos, but not for Zoom calls. Anyways, we loved our stay. This is a great choice and easy on the wallet. "I have just spent a month at the Ibis city centre Kyiv. The hotel and staff were excellent in very difficult circumstances. The hotel continued with dining facilities and laundry despite constant air raid alarms and power difficulties. How the staff keep such happy smiling faces with all that must be going on in their own lives is incredible. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff and thank them for a wonderful stay in a wonderful country. I fully recommended the Ibis city centre to anyone staying in Kyiv. "
