"Overall, I’d recommend this hotel. It was very clean and generally well equipped. The bed was particularly comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern. However, there was an issue with the water pressure and temperature around 8am one morning. I don’t know whether the system was overwhelmed by everyone showering at a similar time of the morning or if it was an isolated issue with the room. "Property manager was nice and always available for any question I have. It was a very quiet and comfortable property with clean sheets, and the shower is wonderful. "Positive: the guy at the restaurant kindly called me a taxi, room was quite large, grocery store nearby Negative: I was charged almost 2x more than the app said I would be charged in local taxes, no explanation was given in English, Russian or Ukrainian... room had a heater/air conditioner but no remote was provided so I could not use it, one of the blinds was missing from the windows and had no curtains so the light from outside would come in the room when you try to sleep... housekeeper...

Fridge, tea kettle and all necessary amenities like plates, cups, spoons and forks, and separate table available to have a breakfast or drink some vine with friend. Air-conditioned but it was not necessary to use in the night because we just left windows open to have fresh air."

"I have just spent a month at the Ibis city centre Kyiv. The hotel and staff were excellent in very difficult circumstances. The hotel continued with dining facilities and laundry despite constant air raid alarms and power difficulties. How the staff keep such happy smiling faces with all that must be going on in their own lives is incredible. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff and thank them for a wonderful stay in a wonderful country. I fully recommended the Ibis city centre to anyone staying in Kyiv. "
