Loved the free breakfast every morning, different options, does get busy but worth it for free breakfast. The room was very clean and hotel was very walkable.

The hotel was good we had some problem with the reservation but they fixed it very quickly, the only problem was during breakfast they need more employees, the food run out pretty quickly and they took a long time to refill everything.

I didn’t like that upon leaving i asked to stay an extra day. I was told this was not possible and I would need tto make a new reservation ( which I did and paid for) Then i had to wait for check in time. I asked if by chance a room was ready. The employee who told me he could not extend would be the same employee who would tell me the hotel was full. This employee did NOT tell me this over the phone when we spoke but quick to tell me this after i paid for the room. I was given a room with no kitchen amenities no coffee I am disabled and had to warm up my food in the downstairs microwave ( which is disgustingly gross) The same employee tells me a new reservation is required but fails to tell me the hotel is full after i had paid for the room through Expedia. The employee Mishki failed to communicate effectively with me so the result could of been avoided and I could of went to a different hotel!

Just to let you know I never leave reviews, but feel our experience at this one needs told. Room dishwasher smelt like sulfur,(rotten eggs) had to wait on a new room, came back later & our new room was double booked. we Booked 6 rooms that night our family vacay & none of us had hot water in our showers, bathrooms soap dispensers were very hard to squeeze product out. Breakfast was terrible, what very little there even was... dirty dining room, no juice in the juice machine. fire places were on but no heat provided. Wont be staying at this one again.

We called to ask for blankets and they never sent them up (we waited for hours) so we went downstairs to ask for some only for the desk attendant to tell us we should’ve called and when we said we did he said “oh well we are busy”

The hotel was convenient to the convention center only a block away. The area had several streets closed and no direction was given to find the front of the hotel. The property around the outside was dirty and trashy. The room was on the top floor with views of the mountains. I was not impressed with the cleanliness and stocking of the room. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but couldn’t speak to anyone in the kitchen as they didn’t speak English at all. The front desk and valet were extremely friendly and fast at check in.
