"Upon arriving to 3 Martini’s we found that it had undergone a name change and change in management. They had no availability for us and we were placed in what they sold to us as a “beachfront villa.” We paid extra for this and thanked them. It turned out to be a less than average room down the road covered in plastic and charged well beyond what it was worth. Do not book! "

"Lovely looking property well maintained with some beautiful plants and flowers in the common areas. I walked to town Dickinson Bay beach, St John’s and the local supermarket while I was there. All doable although St John’s might be pushing it for some. Had ample parking at the property and felt safe at all times. "The villa is in a beautiful location with a great view of the Falmouth Harbour. The surroundings have a completely rural feel when you’re in the villa, yet it’s just a 30 minute walk (if you’re brave and careful) or 5 minute car ride to the many restaurants of Dockyard Road. "Sibel is a great host. I arrived late delayed flight and she had no issues with waiting for me. Also loved that she had cooler for me to use for the beach. Although the bnb is not beachfront you do get views of beautiful hills and lovely garden. Nice seating area outside of unit to lounge and enjoy your morning coffee. "
