"When we first checked in, I was very unhappy with the resort because at check in the person who helped us with extremely rude. However, once I got to my room and walked around and visited the restaurants and the bars I really like the properties. It’s a very beautiful resort and the staff is amazing except the one who did our check-in. She was extremely rude."

"I loved this resort! We booked the Royal level and it was worth it. We had a separate check in and the Royal level people made all of our dinner reservations.
