"Check in was awful. Asked to wait for 10-15 minutes as system “wasn’t working” with no apology or empathy from receptionist. Went to bar to get drink, had to pay as couldn’t charge to a room yet. Went back to reception with a queue of people that were being checked in (by someone else) all fine so took about 25-30 mins in all. Still no apology.
