"Lovely hotel. Only downfall was they kept turning off my heat (in the winter) amd turning on the air?? Idky because it was cold i had to continuously call down to the front to get my hear turned back on. Lastly this hotel is huge. Yet on check in no rooms were available untill 3 so i had to sit in the lobby exhausted and get lagged from 6am to 3p bc they have no where for you to rest/lounge while you wait for your room"

They offered a scheduled shuttle bus to DisneySea and Disneyland. In addition, they had informed us about the transportation options to the airport. Overall, we were taken care of properly and appreciate the staff and information given during our stay. We would recommend this location to our friends and family."
