"The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit. "Breezes might not be Baha Mar but they make you feel special. Our stay at Breezes was comfortable. The staff are very friendly. The food was wonderful. Water is ALWAYS available with ICE. it is a little outdated but very clean. I did not run into one person who wasn’t pleasant. They work as a team. Even when leaving the busboy wasn’t there but the security guard helped with our luggage. Way to go breezes. Keep it up. We will be back. "

"Staff was super polite and helpful in resolving a few issues, first room had no hot water or towels and air conditioner was not working right. They provided a new room with no issues but still no towels, had to ask several times. Limited reservations available for the specialty resturants but food wasn't worth it. The buffet was better."

"This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property."
