"This hotel was elegant, with spacious rooms, but the furniture could use an upgrade. Very nice bathroom, but water pressure in the shower was weak. Really nice rooftop pool with nice views. Nice gym too. Location is good, quiet, with a handful of malls and shopping centers around and 10 minute walk from closest BTS (skytrain) station."

"Hot water was not consistent. Room service was just ok Overall it is a good hotel. The BTS Station is close and one station away from a river pier. Nothing else interesting near the hotel. "

"Centrally located with easy access to river boat transportation. Very welcoming staff. Beautiful lobby with excellent pianist added to the ambience. Fresh flowers in the lobby was appreciated. Perfumed lobby was overbearing. "

"I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel, Everything was fine, from the staff to the facilities. I asked for a quiet room and got one that I really enjoyed. It's in a nice location with lots of interesting restaurants, bars, shops nearby. I highly recommend it."
