"Really great location close to the airport so you get to avoid some of the traffic in the city. Staff at the hotel were all great start to finish, the food at the restaurants and room service was excellent and the staff were always attentive and available. The hotel driver (Khokon) was also great, was always on time and easy to communicate with. "

"I stayed at the hotel 9 days. There were not much courtesy to and options for late check out. Duty manager (a man) was not nice with customer. There was a female receptionist very unprofessional and teasing customers behind them. She was also telling others that hotels have certain rules even I was not dealing with her. This kinds of side talk is very unprofessional and confusing."

"AC did not work. Finally was changed to another room. AC did not work in that room either. At restaurant, BIG cockroach running down glass near table and across floor. WIFI weak, very slow (like dial-up) and dropped off more than once. Property has potential, but greater attention to details would be helpful."

But they claim to charge extra for pool usually, and the pool area has no privacy or maintenance, or a place to relax, it's dirty too and people from neighborhood buildings keeps starring, which is quite uncomfortable. They don't have room service after 4 / 5 pm, which can also be inconvenient. And have told us "no guests will be allowed to visit" even after taking a suite. The quality of service is quite poor, compared to what they charge."
