"Roger, this man is a lifesaver! We arrived at this hotel tired from several days of skiing. We were pleased to see a free spa with jacuzzis and a sauna. It has a beautiful interior and smells/looks so clean. There were also snacks and drinks to purchase up front. We had to be at the airport at 4:30 a.m. the next morning but didn’t rent a car. The taxis were also all refusing to drive us. But Roger, the front desk manager at the time, so kindly offered to drive us and all of our luggage to the...

"This was our second time staying at Hotel Emma. It is a small hotel with large rooms, a nice breakfast area and a lounge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in looked like the bathroom had just been renovated. The hotel in conveniently located on the main shopping street so that we were able to walk to restaurants and activities. I highly recommend Hotel Emma."

"This property is a great value for the money. The owners are kind and helpful, and really go the extra mile for their guests. Rooms are clean, well equipped and functional, but not elegant. The little gem is perfect for the budget traveler who wants to stay someplace safe, clean, and convenient, but doesn’t want to pay a fortune."

"Excellent place for cost, way better than average hotel, compared to others in area. Modern & maintained well. Really nice to have microwave & refrigerator / freezer in each room. Plus snack & drink type machines available by credit card use. Self kitchen is great too. Staff friendly & helpful. Note, limited time staff is at facility, but check in is clear to get in. Plenty of shops & food within 2 -10 minutes walk. Washing laundry is available. Bus & train stations easy to walk to 5-15 minutes....

"Staff were very friendly throughout our stay and engaged us in good conversation. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was okay. The restaurant closes at 2000 hours similar to other local restaurants. The local stores close at 2100, so make arrangements for food if arriving later than 2000."
