No water I couldn't wash myself, a/c bearly working, no internet connection, no bar to have a coffe fresh water, no restaurant to have a meal, staff barely talking at all in any language....realy sad atmosphere. I use to stay in this hotel and it was a decent place totally opposit of what is now."

"L'Hôtel est situé dans le centre de Yaoundé mais à l'écart de la circulation et à l'ombre des arbres dans un cadre très agréable. Restaurant -bar agréable avec terrasse. Chambre en bon état général, climatisation efficace et silencieuse. La salle de bain mériterait d'être refaite en particulier la baignoire mais c'est OK pour prendre une douche, avec une bonne pression d'eau. Propreté OK."

"Major problem: dirty (brown!) water flowing in the sink and the shower. When reported to Hotel Management, they only said that “the hotel is not responsible”, that “I should just wait for the water to clear”. This happened 4 days out of my 9-day stay. Shocked and disappointed that the Hotel Management is not acknowledging the health risks for its customers. I sent an email to the owner, Mme Françoise Puene (Mamy) Nyanga. She did not respond. "Decent hotel in a town with few decent ones. Low value for money but you can't find much better, so you have to adapt. Service was ok; avoid the laundry (I paid express twice and both times got it 2 days later only, the second time they wanted to return me the late laundry after we left the country, saying that they'd send it abroad... really I have to believe that? = avoid the laundry). - Restaurant is decent (for one week stay), some professional staff worked there. - Ah, my fully-prepaid stay...
