"The Staff in all areas is very friendly and do their best to provide great service. For instance, the staff in the restaurant was very accommodating on our dietary needs, since my family is allergic to gluten and dairy products. Since the day we visit it was breakfast buffet, they helped us to cook some eggs for us to avoid cross contamination. From bread to pizza, pies and everything in between. He also went over and beyond and called around to find a personal guide to show us around the area that was honest and trustworthy. Vu notre départ avant l'heure du petit déjeuner, nous avons reçu celui-ci la veille et avons tout déposé dans le frigo pour manger avant notre départ pour le volcan. "

"I didnt like the traffic noise and the annoying barking dog. This is my second stay and found the same dog still there barking. I asked myself why the Hotel management doesn't talk to the dog's owner about the dogs barking. I thought the price was reasonable."

"It was so horrible very small ugly old fashioned and with staircase that I couldn't stay because i have problem with walking and problem with my back. So I had to go and look for a more better place. They said they understand and will return my money paid to them up to dat my money is not embourse to me. And they said the will. And it a lot of maney i paid for 10 days. I wish to get my money."
