"They were great to me at the front desk upon arrival. My check in was for 2:00 pm but I got there at 12 pm instead, since i miscalculated my scheduling trip to Chihuahua city, but the lady at the front desk was very understanding and cool about the whole thing and still gave me the key for my room. "The staff was really courteous and helpful. They truly made us feel welcomed. The rooms are nice and clean and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff from the kitchen were very nice people and offered us everything available with a smile. I really enjoyed my stay. The parking was good, we didn’t really have any issues but it does get full for the night. So I’m only really taking from my experience. Definitely would stay there again. "
