"The shuttle drive was easy to locate, pleasant and friendly. I arrived off early 6 am flight, I was dissatisfied that although my room was ready, I had to pay 40 dollars to access it before noon. Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful. "The Singular Hotel was excellent. Breakfast was nice. I liked that it was not a buffet. Nice bar and dining area on the roof. Rooms were very spacious and very clean. The area around the hotel great for walking to museum and other sites. Lots of restaurants around. But the most outstanding feature of the hotel was the service provided by all the staff. I highly recommend staying at the Singular."
