"Nice property with excellent location. Front desk staff was wonderful, but the staff at the restaurant and bar was a whole different experience, we gave them two tries also. Our waiters both times (different person) was crass and not warm or welcoming at all, also food was just ok, and my steak was cold and when I tried to tell them it was met with impassive attitude, so I just left at that. Bar cocktails were excellent. Also the lounge and bar which are super cozy and comfortable were closed...

The circuit breaker tripped the entire floor we were on when we adjusted the bedside lamp, so i do have concerns about the wiring within the hotel. The staff quickly attended to the problem, but it was still a concerning issue. The location was great and convenient to anywhere in Old Town Prague. "
