The property was nice and clean. The staff took great care to ensure that all areas, from the lobby, restaurants to the rooms were spotless. The service was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Especially my Mayordomo (Eliezer) I gave him five Stars ⭐️ The facilities were top-notch. The pools, spa, and casino were all well-maintained and offered a variety of activities to keep guests entertained. I did enjoy the Michael Jackson Show. The resort is located in a beautiful in area in Punta Cana that feels safe and quiet, making it perfect for relaxation. I appreciated the variety of shopping and dining options available on-site. Each restaurant offered a unique experience, and the food was delicious! Especially the Marketplace. My Only Complaint: The only issue I encountered was with the jacuzzi. While it had hot water, it didn’t produce bubbles, so I couldn’t enjoy a proper bubble bath. Despite this, everything else was very well maintained and clean. Overall, I highly recommend Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable all-inclusive experience. I can't wait to return! My next trip will be in December! "The resort was a kid filled adventure! My children enjoyed the beach, the water parks and breakfast with the characters. My room was nice with a swim up, however another rooms in my group needed to be switched out. Space Walk Resturarant was delicious. 10/10. I enjoyed my stay. "
