"Stayed here for 3 nights. Very convenient for Dover. Tesco is about 5 minute walk from the hotel.same distance for catching the bus into town. Check in was straight forward. "Superbly comfortable beds with soft & firm pillows. Well refurbished & great location for nearby resorts. Good value. Listed as having airconditioning but this gave no cooling. When we enquired we were told that they don't have airconditioning, just air cooling - i.e. just like a fan. Buffet breakfast could be better. No mushrooms or fried eggs and the bacon & sausages seemed to be economy standard and the scrambled egg seemed like powdered egg."

"Le monsieur est très gentil et veut rendre service mais il a des animaux. L'odeur est nauséabonde à l'entrée heureusement elle ne monte pas dans la chambre. Les équipements sont vétustes mais les lits confortables. Par contre des gens ont du fumer dans la chambre ou c'est la poussière car nous avions les yeux et la gorge irrités pendant la nuit."

"The adjoining room walls were not soundproofed. The guests in the next room spoke very loudly after 10:30pm. I had to put a pillow over my ears to block out their conversation. Otherwise, the room was clean & the bed was comfortable. However, the Kitchen extractor fan was below our room & quite noisy when in operation. "

"The place is what it says. Absolutely perfect for me and chance to cook your own meals. Yep shared bathroom but that was no problem. Had a family issue rung host if could stay another night with no problem.. Would I stay again, it's a big yes from me.."
