"The rooms are really nice with a large bed, comfy linens, a big tv which you can sign in to Netflix through, and nice amenities. Downside was that I booked this hotel due to the advertised hot tub. No where on the property details did it list the fact the hot tub was a surcharge, there were no signs in the hotel and I was not told at checkin. It was only when I asked at reception why I could not open the door to the hot tub that I was told it was €7, per person for only half an hours use! I do...

Being on top of the hill has the advantage of best place to see the city below and sunset from the beautiful roof top terrace over the mountains on the other side of the city. "This is an exceptional property, beautifully restored from a sprawling 17th century Catalan farmhouse. The couple that run it are very engaging and helpful and the food, prepared by the husband, is simply outstanding. It is very much in the country and a great place to relax and disconnect, which was what we wanted from the experience. If you want a more urban experience, this is not the place for you, but we just loved it. It was stunning."

"Good value apartments close to shops and bars. Nearby bus stop (L1) to the old town, get off at Carrer Palamos and head towards the nearby cathedral and the heart of the old town. Decent size lounge/diner/kitchenette, comfy sofa, comfy bed and large bathroom/dressing area. Good WiFi able to stream UK TV on a Firestick no problem. Could do with blackout blinds/persianas in bedroom rather than the living room for sleeping."
