The reception staff at the counter is mostly good. But there is one woman who is bad manners.Do not check data for good.Speak and blame customers and use bad tone at all or we're Asian peoples will do like this?I almost have to lose money on a £ 200 credit card again.(double security deposit) And do double security deposit...

"Was upgraded from the studio to the 1 bed flat due to availability but the place was still nice, it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. My only complaint is at 1-2am there were people screaming outside and driving up and down the road, whilst that can’t be helped it would be nice if there was better sound proofing. Also your door handle to the front desk does not look like a door handle The metal looks like part of the wall."
