"True Blue is a nice family friendly resort. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I only have two small complaints: 1. Room service can be improved. I tried to order room service (dining) on a Wednesday night and got no response. I get the resort has a great food truck event on Wednesdays, but your resort members may not want to deal with the crowds. When I ordered room service the next night. "Spacious, peaceful grounds right on a really nice bit of beach (clean, uncrowded and lovely soft sand). Staff were generally excellent: friendly and helpful. Great choice of food at breakfast, not so good for evening meal and service slow (evening). Nice room, though shower room was very small, with good facilities for tea/coffee making. Fridge in room so could keep drinks etc. ceiling fan and aircon and a private balcony. Overall very good."
