"Nice enough , could have done with a chair on the balcony . Also maybe a glass for water etc.Room clean and comfortable. Cleaned on request, an idea would be to leave clean towels and water outside if not being cleaned . Overall very nice , lovely and friendly reception . "

"This was our first time to Guam. The Hyatt is a definite place to stay when visiting. The pools, view, and food is awesome "

"The whole family had a fantastic time. Yep the hotel is old but the pools and water park are well maintained and they’re basically the star of the hotel. Kids have an amazing time at the water park. We had satisfactory meals at the hotel’s restaurants as well though we only got daily breakfast and went to the Japanese ramen restaurant on site for dinner one night. All round good. Now the hotel is clearly old, but it looks like efforts have been made to maintain it. We got the cheapest room standard oceana A and it was comfortable, what matters the most the strong air conditioning and the soft beds - they get right. They also show attentiveness to the needs of guests. There is a drying rack for you to dry your clothes in every room, they know you’ll need it as a beach resort where almost all the guests would have spent time in the ocean or pool."
