"Good value accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. The only disappointment was the Hoppa Bus is only once per hour. Instead I used the very regular and convenient local bus from the Heathrow Central Bus Station (the hotel had included this on its travel advice). "

"Close to the airport and a convenience store was next door. The staff were all exceptionally friendly. It looked like someone had spilled a coffe or tea on the carpet. They may have no noticed due to the pattern in the carpet. The rest of the room was very clean and tidy."

Things like electric outlets and wall switches and plumbing fixtures often don’t work properly. The carpet is getting sketchy. Also, I often see fairly aggressive upselling on check in, something that never happened in the past. I continue to stay here because the location is unsurpassed. "One complaint. The light switch was impossible to find. The room was interior, so it was pitch black. There was no switch in an identifiable location. I had to find a maid to show me where the switch was. It was on an interior wall location where no one would think to look."
