"Unassuming boutique hotel, which was beautifully decorated. Staff were super friendly, lovely lounge area and bar, plus the breakfast was decent. The location is superb, right in the heart of everything, but was still quiet. Great for bus stop picks ups for tours. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Stayed here for 6 days with my 4 year old grandson and we had an amazing time. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast buffet was great with Western options as well as Scandinavian and Continental. My grandson loved the waffle bar. The location was an easy distance to downtown and all of the tour operators we used as well as the Flybus do hotel pick ups and drop offs there right to the door."

"A unique hotel with bedrooms and outdoor hot tub facing north so you can watch the northern lights from the hotel. At the edge of town with resteraunt and bedroom view over river and smoking hills from the local hot springs. The breakfast was amazing and staff helpful. We dined in the resteraunt a few times during our stay. The food is amazing but a little pricey. Much like all icelandic resteraunts. Some beautiful walks around the area. Would definately stay here again. "
