"The staff at this hotel were very hospitable. They assisted with plans, dining reservations and provided parking service. Throughout our stay they called to check up on us and ask if everything was to our satisfaction. I felt sick during our stay and they even called to ask how I was feeling and if there was anything I needed. Overall excellent experience at this hotel."

"Great property, very popular with families due to its proximity to the amusement park Gardaland as well as the Garda lake. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any request, the breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of fresh and diverse options. The room was par for the course, however I found quite strange that there was no ventilation system which could cope with the water vapour after a shower."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, it is a few munutes walk to the Doumo Piazza and so much to do in the area so I felt safe staying out late. I also liked that I could walk to the Doumo at 6:30am when it is quiet and a few people, then return to the hotel for breakfast. There was good variety on the breakfast bar and the food was delicious. The gym is nice and actually looks like the picture. "

"I truly enjoyed my stay here. The only reason for the 4 stars on facilities was the lack of outlets in the room. The front staff was very accommodating. The front staff confirmed the transportation to hotel by water taxi and scheduled for the early morning pick-up, and even provided a to-go bag with snacks due to the early pick-up.
