"We stayed at this hotel the night before our flight back home to the US. We had been in Italy for about 12 days on a walking (and eating) tour. It was so lovely to soak in the heated pools and hot tubs. My one regret is that we didnt get there earlier to enjoy the property. But we did our best to check out everything - and there is a lot! Incidentally, we were there on May 1st - which is Italy's Labor Day. A lot of Italians were there on holiday. It was so cool to experience the "Roman Baths"...

"The building itself is charming but the room we had could have used some work. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the shower head was leaking. The door to the bathroom had quite a bit of wear. Overall could have used some TLC. The room was also very small. The smallest on our trip. The spa was nice but the tub was a bit dirty, and as others noted it is not a hot tub, rather just room temperature. The area also wasn’t the greatest.
