"From start to finish our experience was fantastic. Only criticism is that the pool closes really early in our opinion - 8pm. Other than that it's a great resort hotel with good facilities and offers amazing guest services. We only stayed for one day before moving on to our Disney vacation package stay but this would have been a good base for a longer stay if visiting Disney. Getting into Tokyo was still also easy by train but due to the size of the city and where you are located it can involve...

"We stayed as a family, with a small child. Old style hotel. Delux rooms were of room size, nit sure of cleanliness of the carpet. Toilets were clean and tidy. We didn't know Japanese language, bit of a struggle, but staff were friendly and ready to help. Thanks a lot 🙏 "

"My wife is very disappointed with another guest filming in the Bath House on her Phone which was reported to your staff at the time. Unfortunately there was no follow-up as my wife was concerned that that person had taken footage of her naked in the bathhouse. We firstly find it unacceptable that a guest can do such a thing and secondly were disappointed that there was no response from the staff at your hotel and we still don't know whether that person has footage taken in the bathhouse."
