"I was there because it was really the only hotel in the area. I didn’t use the Onsen. (Tattoos not allowed) but a good hotel. Buffet was fine. "

"I really enjoyed the area it was in; right near Osaka station, around a lot of dining options, with a drugstore and convenience store right at the property. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were always kept in very nice condition with the cleaning services frequently visiting. I would definitely stay at this property again."

"Really close to Dotonbori and close to subway exit. Location is really good. Rooms are a bit small but expected in Japan, but very clean and staff are friendly. Food selection is limited in the area is you don’t want to pay marked up tourist pricing. Recommend to eat at Namba Walk area for better food selection and price."

"The location is extememly convenient to shopping, dining, and transportation places. The staff are so nice and helpful. The room is clean and brightly lit, amenities are nice, and the service is top-notch. It's also right next to the airport limousine bus stop. Highly recommended hotel."
