"First i wolud like to mention negative points beacuse this is serious concern. 1) There is no power back up. No geneartor avaiable, even ups back also not availble.During our stay mid night 1.00 pm power was not available, after 1hr only it has came. 2) There is no staff or securities during night time.In this condition not advisable for family. "This is a beautiful, serene and very enjoyable hotel. The beach is lovely with views from everywhere. My room was spacious, quiet and well furnished with a lovely balcony and spectacular beach view. I loved both the evening and the morning ambience. The restaurant offers a varied menu with excellent service and high quality food. I’m sorry I couldn’t stay longer. Well done everyone, thank you. "The property is well kept and lush. The evening boat ride followed by the tea overlooking the sundet sea side was beautiful. However the hosts at the restaurants are extremly pushy and annoying sometimes. The key is to stay alert and available if needed not hovering over the guests the whole time. There is a difference. "We had an excellent stay at the Leela and would recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone considering it for the future. It is one of very few if not the only, cliff side hotel in India overlooking the beach.
