No prior communications from the hotel whatsoever that we had to make arrangements before hand if we were flying in late. Got a room in another hotel for the night around midnight and all was good . "Amazing central location right next to the bell tower and cathedral! Super easy check in and check out. No key cards (they text you your room code) so no need to worry about having it on you all the time. Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Lovely towels and chocolates on the pillow. Bottle of water each provided free of charge. Really useful to be able to store our luggage in the luggage room on the last day as we had a late night flight. "
