"Need to pay more attention on the maintenance of Air conditioning. We found the room is stuffy in the first night of stay. We've told staff to have a check, situation improve that night. However, the room back to stuffy in the last night of stay again."

"Stayed for a weekend from Friday to Monday, and really had a fantastic time. The hotel is in a great location and it was really easy to access the tube at Northfields and the national rail at Brentford station. Bus stations are in very close proximity to the hotel as well as lime bikes which provide a lot of options for travel. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and the hotel room (and hotel itself) were really clean and well kept. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of options...
