"Top notch! We arrived outside and not 1 but 2 concierge came running out to our taxi to take our bags! We do short breaks with luggage consisting of a backpack but they still insisted. Our room was beautiful and the sunken bath was fab but I only noticed it late on in our stay. Everything was perfect. "The price for our 2 night stay was very reasonable. The room was clean, roomy and very nice looking... New John at the front desk was super helpful with directions and place of interest we should see for our first time visiting Luxembourg. Would definitely recommend to others and come back."

"Rooms nice and spacious. Could use a few finer points in room. I believe they are short staffed, the housekeeper I saw on our floor seemed to be the only one handling the floor. The restaurant was very expensive $10 for the cheapest beer. We really couldn't afford to eat there"

"Clean and conveniently located next to public free tram. The name can be confusing compared to "Novotel Kirchberg". Also, it is not easy to see "Novotel Suites" when the tram first drops you."
