"Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling... But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable. So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...

"Well located near Mu central shopping center and Sentral train/mrt/LRT. TV isln room have poor reception leading to display of all TV channel do not have sharp images and there is no queue management at lobby checkin/out leading ppl cut queue but hotel staff dod not bother to step in to manage "
