Check-in on 11/18/24 front desk staff was not helpful, and again thanks to staff the following morning, the issue was resolved and we were able to stay in the ocean view room we had booked. "We loved the swings, play room, slides and convenience store. Did not like the app which sent us walking all the way around the property to get from one kids pool to other. Also did not like the wrist band keys or the card keys as neither of them worked to get into the rooms on multiple occasions and to get out of the parking. Pretty annoying. We had 3 sets of cards and wrist bands. Only one worked. Had to consult check in which recoded keys but still didn’t work. So it was a pain. Also the...

"Amazing tropical paradise. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Loved the main pool which was clean as a whistle. Lots for families to do and drinks are nearby at Castaway Bar for adults. All the amenities are available to rent at the beach for a cost. The resort are is #1 and Maui Villas has an old Hawaiin feel, not a mega hotel. Great for families and couples like us. The young and coffee bar are relaxing for just sitting and enjoying some quiet time."
