"Stayed 2 nights. It was built early 1900s and has a lot of character. Pool was nice. Hot tub worked. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable. Rooms could use a little updating but wasnt bad at all. Only bad thing was the water taste like dirt. But that was the whole town."

"I dont think that the parking was very convenient. There was an ice storm while I was there (with warnings) and the hotels in the area, at first, did not place enough salt on walkways to ensure the safety of the guests. So, when I had to walk to the parking garage to get my car, and get my luggage and then pick up my luggage, with all the ice, it was very challenging. "This was a very nice and clean hotel. It is setup like apartment buildings with several buildings. Front desk was extremely pleasant, everything was very clean, breakfast was good and they even have a bar/snack lounge. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Remodeling was going on during our stay. Our room was newly remodeled but the shower head would not turn on and there was a strip at the bottom of the entry door into the room that was coming off the door. We stayed in room 803. "

"We have been stopping here on our way to Florida for a few years, it’s convenient right off the highway and there’s a QT and Walmart 5 mins away. BUT with that being said it could REALLY use some upgrades!! Carpet is bubbled in the halls, definite trip hazard! And even though rooms are clean those could use some updating as well, our shower enclosure didn’t even fit in correctly-there’s was a big hole and the caulking was all cracked around the shower. Breakfast was good! "

"I stayed for a few days while attending a conference on the ISU campus. It was about an 8 minute drive. I arrived around 8:30pm. I asked to switch rooms because someone was loudly hauking in the room next to mine. I was issued a new room with no problem. The staff was welcoming. The rooms were lovely and clean. Though I did not use the washer and dryer, I appreciated the convenience. I very much enyoyed my stay. "
