"We enjoyed our time at the Finest Playa Mujeres Resort. The staff was friendly, easy to get seated at restaurants (even with our large group - 21 people). No complaints by anyone in our group; even the kids had a great time, which always makes it easier for the parents to relax and enjoy themselves. From what my friends/family have told me, it is on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. We will definitely go back."

"Overall a great resort for the price. Restaurants were good! Especially the mexican. Resort currently is lacking shade at the pools not sure why as the structures are there for the canvases. Buffet is good for breakfast, lunch doesn’t have much options. Smaller resort which makes getting around easy. Night entertainment was decent. Over all happy with the trip for the price"

Always seem full every time we went in to the app to book. Wishing there was a desk to line up for booking. We where there for 2 weeks and the buffet became to repetitive, same items. "There are several restaurants to try, the beach and waves were awesome! Pool wait staff were nice, especially Joaquin! However he was probably the only staff that provided great service. Restaurant wait staff could care less. Several food options, but often sat so it was cold. The pool snack area said it would open at 1130 and several days the cook would send you away saying it was not open yet, but the food it sitting there. Just rude in general.
