"We chose this resort because our grandson wanted waterslides..however the bigger slide was damaged and not usable as was one of the restaurants..that we had booked in after we got to the resort. The main pool was really murky ...compared to the adult pool. The room was clean and grounds were well maintained by staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some guests made the stay irritating but that's not the resorts fault. We would definitely book through Expedia..gave us a perk...as it...

"The restaurants were good and facilities were always clean. We did not have problems booking the restaurants as we traveled during "low" season. Someone said during summer months it's too crowed but that was not our experience. Loved the cafe and the pools. I wish there were restaurants with direct sea view but there is none as you would have to pay for the other resort to enjoy that"

"Wonderful staff and the family club was perfect for kids 0-10! Would gladly return. One suggestion would be a daytime snack/dining option for family club as my kids were so tired and hungry in the evenings (ages 3&5) that they barely made it to the 6pm buffet opening time and we had to go to the main resort sport bar to get them food before the buffet opened. But this place was excellent and so nice to have so many families near by and swim out room was fantastic! Thank you all "
