"This is not a 2.5 stars hotel, and it is not even a hostel. This is a room in an old resident building. The neighbours do not even know that room is a 'hotel room'. There is no any reception, you have to call (or email) the owner so that he would show up and give you the key. The free parking is just parking on street! Stay away this one if you are looking for a hostel/hotel! "

"The description of the property is fraudulent. No towels in the room, the hot water does not work, we reserved full size beds but were put ib a room with 4 twin beds. We had to climb 64 steps in the rain to get to our room. Internet is only available in the lobby."

"Very quiet place with unbeatable views of the volcano! Only wish the jacuzzi was hotter. We tried all three and they were barely warm. We also booked a massage and facial but they just rubbed ridiculous amounts of oil on us. However, the food was delicious in the morning. I definitely recommend booking the romantic dinner! The experience was out of this world!! 10/10"

"This place was just wonderful. The hot springs are beautiful, the rooms lovely and so clean, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was delicious, and the tour guide, Neny, was just wonderful. She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the animals we saw. She really enhanced our visit. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is a paradise!!"

"Close to beach is about all the good things to say. Large waves not for weak swimmers so my wife would not go in. Toilets backed up repeatedly, reported it before we went out for the day, was told it was fixed and if it continued to happen they would move us to another room but by time we got back after 5pm there was no one at the office to talk too.Room also had mold on the walls in the bathroom and one morning we had no water at all for a while. "The property is beautiful and true farm to table dining but therefore a limited menu. The private cassitas are lovely and spacious with a large bathroom and private patio. However the bed creaked getting in and out and whenever you moved and the mattress was so hard I barely slept. The hot tub was too scalding hot to actually enjoy but the setup was stunning. "
