"We stayed for a night and had a wonderful time. The check-in was smooth and the reception staff were very friendly. Our room was so nice: the bed was big and comfortable, the room was really quiet, the shower was large, and there were shampoos/ conditioner/ body wash from Rituals. We had food at the Bistro which wasn't the cheapest (about 25 euros each), but the food was really good. If you want to eat in the restaurant then you need a reservation, but then you don't get to enjoy the patio...

"I really love this hotel as it’s very easy accessible plus there is always ample, free parking. The staff are super friendly and helpful and genuinely seem pleased to serve you and check in is always quick and efficient. The rooms are a great size and the bathrooms are big with a separate shower and bath. "Our stay at INNSiDE in Aachen was great. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The shower was a little bit underpowered but otherwise no issues with the facilities. The breakfast buffet in the rooftop restaurant was a highlight - huge food selection and beautiful views! A great base for exploring the city and surrounding area for our long weekend in Aachen."

"The hotel had a great location and the bed was fantastic. Also our interaction with the staff was pleasant. What needs a lot of improvement is cleanliness. Maybe the lack of a sufficient number of employees is the reason that is lacking. Breakfast was for that reason also badly taken care of. If the hotel would fix that it would be a great place to stay but as it is I would not recommend staying here."

"Belle chambre, lit confortable, insonorisé, beau décor. Secteur tranquille. L'hôtel était très bien entretenu. Le stationnement intérieur est payant et c'est un peu à l'étroit. Le déjeuner inclus était vraiment bon. Il y avait beaucoup de choix et le personnel était très gentil. A distance de marche du Centre-Ville, environ 15 minutes."
