"Worst place ever. Very very dirty & stinking & the toilets are Soo dirty & smelly. No mountain view at all. No heaters. Overall it’s the worst. "

We flew late at night from the US only to learn that the penthouse was on the 5th floor and they didn’t have an elevator.
