"We chose the penthouse, because I felt like a penthouse would be good. It wasn’t. We flew late at night from the US only to learn that the penthouse was on the 5th floor and they didn’t have an elevator. This made it impossible to stop by quickly at the hotel to get a hat or quickly change a shirt. We didn’t stay. We left the same night and went and stayed at their sister property with an elevator. "A truly magical place! Great service. Kind and helpful people. Management repeatedly went out of their way to ensure we were pleased and taken care of. Dining options while limited (that is to say there is one restaurant) was nonetheless wonderful! Again, service made it superior. I could write paragraphs about the views…. And both our sunrise and sunsets were literally a once in a lifetime experience! I rarely speak in superlatives. Something about sitting in full view of the Himalayas...
