The room was comfortable and even though very small (as is the norm in NYC), you could tell a lot of thought had gone into the design and maximising storage and hanging space. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. It’s the ‘open plan’ type of bathroom so I wouldn’t be comfortable sharing with someone I’m not in a relationship with! Very little privacy. The weird part is that you pay hundreds of dollars a night to not talk to any...

" Came into the city to see Elf at the Marquette Theatre. This hotel was in a great location and made it easy. Check in, check out was quick and easy. Polite and helpful staff."

"Great hotel Location for financial district and close to all subway lines. Also very quick drive into manhattan without midtown traffic. Close to little italy and chinatown and walked to 9/11 site. Quick walk to NYSE!"

"The location to almost every tourist attraction and plenty of restaurants was walkable and convenient. We were so pleased with the location! We felt safe walking about at night. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the linens were great! We would definitely stay here again. "

"We were fortunate to be on a floor that had been renovated, and our room was nice. We heard from others on other floors that were not so nice. Staff was very accommodating considering the large crowds. One negative was no bathrooms available on ground floor due to renovation, so we had to go to the room every time"
