"Very easy automated check in and check out. Although no staff was needed for help, instructions on how to contact one when in need would go a long way. The communal facilities were clean and usable. Great spot for a quick few days, not longer. "

"Great check in and plenty of amenities that make it one of the favored hostel. Nearby a lot of great attractions. Also a great bonus is the fact that the breakfast is free and offers great food from eggs to hash browns. Rooms for me did not impress as I was having problem withthe keycard and I told staff about it. I also felt that the room was also not as impressive as I have seen online. I could have a better experience but I feel that there needs to be some improvement down the line"

"Great location and the view from the 33rd floor terrace is impressive. As an able bodied person, getting in and out of the deep shower/bath was a challenge. I think its time for an upgrade. There would be better more modern/updated options around for a better price. "

"Very good value for money and centrally located hotel for that is just right beside the train station. Room is decently sized and has good sound proofing. Note that you will have to walk quite a distance to the room from the lobby as the shape of the hotel rooms are a little odd and you may end up needing to take 2 different elevators."
