"The hotel service was good. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was okay (just okay). I really liked the availability of bicycle rentals. My only real complaints (but impacted my comfort significantly) was absence of a lockbox in my room and the super uncomfortable pillow. On my double wide size bed was a single tiny pillow that was more like a small sandbag than a pillow. It was too hard and small making it very difficult to sleep with. "The property was a very grand resort. Our room had a beautiful view and there was a large pool and beach area to walk around. Many shops and places to eat on the resort as well. It’s a little difficult to get to since it’s set next to the ocean so you do need a car to get here as I’m not sure about shuttle services. Staff was friendly and kind. Beautiful stay overall!"
