"Nicely located at the top of Genting Highlands. There are some convenient shops at the ground floor if you crave late-night snacks. We stayed on tower 3. Microwave stopped working and in no time, they replaced it as soon as we reported. "We stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. Reviews suggest it is run down and tired. This was not our experience at all. My only issues were pre arrival. It was not clear at all how to get to the hotel. Cable car? This hotel is actually in the mid hills and you do not need a cable car to get here. You can arrive by bus to the GPO (shops) near the hotel. Then you can either use hotel shuttle bus or use a Grab. The shuttle runs every hour. Leaves the hotel on the hour and from the GPO...

"Positive : staying in the durian orchard, beautiful hilltop view with various special building layout and designs, a good place for a chilling family vacation. Negative : most of the rooms are typically small, no sound proof (can hear voices next door), poor room management (no towels, water bottles, shampoo), some rooms are dirty and lack of maintenance especially for those rooms built with woods, no side table in the room and bathroom to place our stuff which is very inconvenient."

"Check in took about 1hr even when no crowd. Lift is always full and have to wait very long. Floor of the room is dusty and they forgot to put towels and amenities. The balcony door have gap in between and insects come in at night from that gap. Breakfast is bare minimum but the coffee is good. Troublesome to always inform the front desk of ur car plate no every time u go out."

"Lovely place to go for a short break. It maybe a 3-star (I think) resort but you would not realize as the service is 5-star. The food is amazing in the resort. Simple breakfast and I had their well cooked porridge everyday. In the evenings, the grill and even their buffet was good and affordable.
