"We had really warm welcome from hotel. Aedric receptionist acknowlegded our gold status of Hotels.com. and upgraded us to the better room as stated in the hotel information. Samsung Tv was there to relax after long trip and coffee tea in the morning sunrise watching time at the balcony. "

"Great location and valet staff are so kind and helpful. This is my third time here so I have experienced the Fairmont at various times. This time was different due to down season but also that the property is undergoing construction making it non inviting, closed areas such as the lounge for the view and or a night cap. Typically this property is a five star however, this time it would be rated more of a number three and was disappointed to find that if you wanted a cocktail, only you had to...

"we were originally given the wrong room but it was quickly resolved by the lovely lady at reception, amazing location, gorgeous hotel and wonderful staff! made our first time in Nice one to remember and we will definitely be back. The only thing i’d say is the air con not working so we opened the window but due to the street we were on (near the train station) it was extremely loud at night so struggled to sleep one night. Overall we loved our stay here and will be back "
