"Lovely Christmassy hotel. Lovely rooms but the air con was rubbish. Room was extremely hot and air con only went down to 22.5 degrees. Spoke to reception who said they will send an engineer whilst out but still not fixed. Had to sleep with window open which was noisy. Breakfast was nice but price was extremely steep at £66 for an adult and 2 children. Only had once due to the price "

"I had a cozy single which was well placed and comfortable. As a VIP, the hotel put a full-sized bottle of wine in my room, which I appreciated. My only concern is that the hotel tells clients to place a sign on the door by 3 p.m., if you want to opt-in for cleaning services.
