"First off, the staff was excellent no matter who was at the desk. They were very helpful and patient with my questions. Room was a studio with a partial partition between bed and kitchen. Roomy enough for one. Metro stop Marquee de Pombal was a quick walk. Train stations required a metro ride or a 20 minute walk. Hotel was a block away from Lisbon’s version of Rodeo Drive. In the other direction was a handy grocery store. The only odd thing was there was no clock or phone in the room, so no wake up calls. This almost proved disastrous. "

"We had a few days to explore Lisbon after our cruise but had no idea of what to see. The staff offered suggestions and arranged a local tour agency to get us on tours that would hit the highlights. and very reasonably priced as well. also the tours had hotel pick up which made it very convenient. whenever I had a question about anything, they were more than helpful, had a great three days there. would definitely recommend."
