"The property was pulchritudinous. I was perturbed about the check-in process. I had just turned 53; traveled all day and night on my born day to be subjected to a hellacious deposit that was unbeknownst to be. Expedia is the worst as well! It took almost two weeks for the hold to come off! My room was oaid for in full. I was not there long…again, I would not damage anything in the room. To have my money tied up was perturbing! "

"The staff is amazing, I go to Puerto Rico twice a year and I always stay at your resort each time because it is clean and the staff is so attentive to the guests. Through the years I have convinced so many family members and friends to stay there. Excellent location and services. "

"Great communication about check in. Felt very safe. Loved the variety of pools, beach. Appreciated the closet with balls, boggie board. Like they had washer and dryer. We were not able to log on to Wi-Fi. Would have been helpful to have a map of the property. "
